Welcome to Windrose Adventures.
This Payment Policy explains how we handle deposits, payments, and accepted methods for all tours, activities, and travel services booked with us.

By confirming a booking with Windrose Adventures, you agree to this policy.


1. General Payment Terms

All prices and transactions are quoted in Euros (EUR) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking, depending on the type of tour or service.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

To make your experience simple and secure, Windrose Adventures accepts the following payment options:

  • 💵 Cash Payments (in EUR, MAD, or USD upon arrival in Morocco)

  • 💬 Bank Transfer (available for private or group bookings upon request)


3. Deposits

  • For most tours, a deposit (20–40%) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival or before the tour date via online payment.

  • Deposit requirements may vary depending on tour type, duration, or group size.


4. Full Payment

  • Full payment may be required for private tours, long desert trips, or peak season bookings.

  • If full payment is required, you will be notified in advance before confirming your booking.


5. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment or deposit is received, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your itinerary details

  • Pickup information

  • Contact details of your guide or driver

  • Invoice or receipt for your records


6. Payment Deadlines

  • Deposits should be paid at the time of booking to guarantee your place.

  • Remaining balances must be settled at least 24 hours before departure unless otherwise agreed.


7. Currency & Exchange Rates

Prices displayed on our website are based on Euros (EUR) and may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates.
We are not responsible for any conversion or transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.


8. Late or Failed Payments

If the deposit or balance payment is not received by the due date:

  • Your booking may be cancelled automatically.

  • Any deposits paid may be non-refundable, depending on our Cancellation Policy.


9. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
