Welcome to Windrose Adventures (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By booking a tour, using our website, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. General Information
Windrose Adventures is a registered tour agency based in Marrakech, Morocco, specializing in desert trips, day excursions, and cultural tours throughout Morocco.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or our official website.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the tour type.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed itinerary, including pickup time and location.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for ensuring all details are accurate.
3. Payments
Payments can be made in cash (MAD, EUR, USD) or via secure online payment links (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates and seasonal adjustments.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24h before the tour date → Full refund.
In case of severe weather, government restrictions, or force majeure, Windrose Adventures may offer a reschedule or full refund.

5. Changes by the Client
If you wish to modify your booking (dates, pickup location, number of travelers), please contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
6. Changes by Windrose Adventures
In rare cases, we may need to adjust or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, etc.).
If this happens, we will:
Offer an alternative tour of equal value, or
Provide a full refund of the amount paid.
We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights or accommodation changes.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Windrose Adventures is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during your trip.
8. Health & Safety
Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations prior to booking.
Certain activities (e.g., camel rides, quad biking, trekking) require basic physical fitness.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s health or safety is at risk.
9. Responsibility & Liability
Windrose Adventures acts as a local tour operator and works with trusted partners for accommodation, transportation, and activities.
We are not liable for delays, injuries, or losses caused by third parties, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
10. Use of Images & Testimonials
By participating in our tours, you agree that photos and videos taken during the trip may be used by Windrose Adventures for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.), unless you request otherwise in writing.
11. Privacy Protection
We respect your privacy.
All personal data collected during bookings will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes shall be settled under Moroccan jurisdiction in Marrakech.
